Review:

I am on chapter 10 of Jane Eyre right now, and it is terrific! I am sad that Helen died and a little uncomfortable with all of the god-talk. Besides that, I feel like I am part of the world and being told a story by her. I like the writing style a lot and am excited to see how this book progresses. Ok, now I am on chapter 21, and some weird stuff is going on. I am not sure precisely what is happening, but there were many strange noises during the night, and someone got stabbed and then bitten. I think the Grace girl is too obvious of choice for the person doing this. I have two theories; one is that Adele is the little girl, which would be so cool. The other would be Mr. Rochester, but I am not sure about that because they keep saying it is a girl. It would be really cool if it had a twist ending like crooked house. I just finished reading chapter 26, and the mystery of who was doing the stuff was solved; it was his wife. I still think there is something weird with him, so I guess we will find out. I love that she does not care how she talks to men! She is so blunt. I like that a lot. Well, she was just told that she is rich! I wonder what she will do with it; I hope she keeps on working at the school. I did but see that coming, I knew her uncle would die, but I did not think he would leave her all of his money. Aww, that is so cute! She finally had a family. I feel like St. John is a bad guy. But I am not sure? I finished! It turns out St. John was a bad guy. It was a very happy ending, and I think it sort of made the book so much better. I still liked Anne of green gables better, but I loved this one too!
