I am Number Four
Review:
This was a good book with an interesting plotline, but there were some flaws in portraying the characters. I did not love how Sarah was just there as a clueless love interest who couldn’t help herself. The next book is from Six’s point of view, so it will probably be better. I like how the story moves, and there are some interesting villains. I like Sam a lot he really is a good friend. It was not very smart of four not to leave at the first sign of trouble. Like I know you are “in love”, but your entire planet and species depend on you, and you decide to put that at risk. I knew that Bernie was one of those shapeshifters creatures! I am not sure if I like fours powers because they seem super minor and dull compared to sixes. I predict that the elders have something to do with the destroyed planet because it seemed too easy. I also think that they will bend together (which is kind of obvious). I am interested in seeing how the scone ship relates to things and the other powers. Six has the best powers, and I can’t wait to read her point of view. I am excited about the next book, but this one did feel a little stereotypical Science Fiction YA book.
