Review:

I liked this book a lot better than the last one. It was more interesting and exciting. He also formed deeper connections with people and could have actual growth throughout the book. I think there were many problems with the boom tho. Alex was kind of a jerk, and I could him annoying in this book. I am also a little worried that the clone survived and not Alex, but, I know, that would not work with the story. So far, this is my favorite book in the series. Overall a cool book, and I really liked the action.

Trigger Warnings:
Murder and Violence

Synopsis From Book:

MI6 assigns Alex Rider, 14, undercover at an elite prep school for teen rebels after two fathers are assassinated. Principal Dr Grief and vicious cigar-smoking Mrs Stellenbosch are the only teachers. All the students act studious, perfect - and identical. When Alex finds the plot, the villains find him, and the mountain peak has only a black ski run escape.
