Review:

This is my new second favorite book in the series! I know I say that a lot, but this one is different. It was raw and not predictable. I had so much fun reading Alex trying to find Jack. I guessed that she wasn’t dead, but I did not know what had happened to her, so that was cool. Some parts could have been better. I think it could have used a bit of a bigger and less predictable plot twist, but it was definitely excellent for an Alex Rider book. I am interested to see what they do with nightshade, although I think the series really could have ended there. There was a cliffhanger, but I think it could have been avoided. At some point, he will be too old to be unnoticed and underestimated. I am excited to see what comes next. This book was very good!
